These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern the submission of information ("Submission") to VIVERSE. By submitting content, you ("Submitter") agree to be bound by these Terms.
- Review and Approval
All Submissions will be reviewed by VIVERSE. VIVERSE reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to approve or reject any Submission. Approved Submitters will be granted creator status, allowing access to VIVERSE resources. The evaluation process involves reviewing submission details, assessing suitability, and determining eligibility for further steps, including entering into an NDA and contract discussions. - Personal Information
Submitters must provide accurate personal information necessary for VIVERSE to contact them regarding their Submission. By providing such information, the Submitter consents to its use for communication purposes and further evaluation. Submitter agrees to the HTC Corporation Privacy Policy, which can be found at https://www.htc.com/us/terms/privacy/ - Mandatory Submission Information
Each Submission must include all mandatory details requested by VIVERSE. Submissions that contain inaccurate or incomplete information may be disqualified at VIVERSE’s discretion. The Submission process includes an initial evaluation, which may lead to additional steps such as signing an NDA before further discussions. - Waiver of Rights
By submitting the Submission, the Submitter irrevocably waives all rights, including but not limited to intellectual property rights, to the Submission. VIVERSE retains full rights to use, modify, distribute, and display the Submission without further notice or compensation to the Submitter. If a Submitter is selected to proceed, they may receive a contract outlining additional terms regarding content usage. This waiver is not intended to affect the pre-existing content referenced in the Submission.Submitter irrevocably release, acquit, and forever discharge VIVERSE, its affiliates and their officers, directors, employees, agents, representatives, shareholders, successors and assigns from and against any and all known and unknown claims relating to or arising out of any information, inventions, or ideas submitted in connection with Submission.
- Retention of Submission Content
VIVERSE will retain contents of Submission for a period of one (1) year from the date of Submission. - Compliance and Liability
Submitters are responsible for ensuring their Submission complies with all applicable laws, regulations, and these Terms. VIVERSE shall not be liable for any damages or claims arising from the Submission. Approval for further steps in the process does not guarantee contractual engagement or creator status. - VIVERSE Terms of Use
Submitter agrees to VIVERSE General Terms of Use and the VIVERSE Market Terms of Use, which can be found at https://www.viverse.com/terms-of-use; - Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of California US, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
